What to buy

The record

Every category we cover

• Barrel saunas: what a kit costs, and who publishes the figure

This page records what a barrel sauna kit costs from the makers that publish a figure. It gives the source and the read date for every price. It also names the maker that publishes no price at all. No maker paid to be here, and we are in no affiliate programme.

• What a home sauna costs: every published figure we hold, and the date we read it

This page records what a home sauna costs from the makers that publish a figure. Every price carries the date we read it and a link to the page we read it from. It also says plainly which costs we do not hold, rather than estimating them. No maker paid to be here, and we are in no affiliate programme.

• Infrared saunas: what a cabin costs, and the maker that will not say

This page records what an infrared sauna cabin costs from the makers that publish a figure. Every price carries the date we read it and a link to the page we read it from. It also names the maker a friend is most likely to recommend, which publishes no cabin price at all. No maker paid to be here, and we are in no affiliate programme.

• Sauna kits: what a kit costs indoors and outdoors, and who publishes the figure

This page records what a home sauna kit costs from the makers that publish a figure. It covers outdoor kits, indoor kits, barrel kits and cabin kits. It gives the source and the read date for every price, and it names the maker that publishes no price at all. No maker paid to be here.

• Saunas for sale near you: the published prices to take to a seller

We hold no record of what is in stock in your area, and this page never pretends otherwise. It holds the national published prices we read from each maker, each with a date and a source page. Carry the figure into a conversation with a seller. It also holds the questions to ask, and the costs no published figure carries.

• Saunas for sale: the published prices, with a date and a source

This page is a price record for the home saunas we read. It shows what each maker publishes, the date we read it, and the page we read it from. It covers saunas under $5,000, outdoor saunas, indoor saunas, and the maker that publishes no price at all. Where a maker publishes no price, we record a gap and we do not estimate one.

• Steam rooms: what we read, and what no maker here publishes

We hold no steam room price. We read the storefront of all 9 makers in this record between 2026-08-28 and 2026-09-02, and none of them publishes a steam room. This page names the storefronts we read, the date we read them, and the sauna categories where we do hold a published figure.

• Traditional saunas: what one costs, and who publishes the figure

This page records what a traditional sauna costs from the makers that publish a figure. Traditional means a stove heats the room, and not an infrared panel. Every price carries the date we read it and a link to the page we read it from. No maker paid to be here, and we are in no affiliate programme.
